SPA FAQ 

Thank you for scheduling your facial at lilē boutique spa. Below you will find a few things you should know about your upcoming appointment.

  1. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make it PLEASE cancel your appointment 24 hours before. We are now holding all appointments with a credit card. If you do not show up or cancel after the 24 hour window, you will be charged 45% of the service. This is to ensure your practitioner, who reserved time for you, is paid.

  2. We customize all facials for your individual skin type and will always advise you of the best service.

  3. If this is your first time coming in, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to fill out an intake form.

  4. FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, all major credits cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Venmo and Zelle.

  5. SPA REFUND POLICY: Products purchased from the spa may be returned within 30 days from original purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, at the original purchase price. Product must be 75% full. Gift certificates never expire, however refunds will only be issued within 30 days of purchase.
